This tutorial is designed for foreign language instructors who are in the process of moving their courses to an online platform. Instructors who are at the beginning of the planning process will benefit from this tutorial. For those who are already teaching their course online, this tutorial will assist with understanding the role of self-regulation and how to embed various strategies into the course.
